I just can’t say enough about Pamela! Pam came to our home in Maui on May 9, 2020 stayed until August 4, 2020. We were headed back to our home in Utah and we needed someone to help pack up our Maui home as we wouldn’t be able to fly back and forth due to the pandemic. This was a very quick decision and within a week notice Pamela was in Maui. Pamela is one of a kind. She is professional and meticulously detailed with everything she does. I gave her no direction and she did an amazing job! She managed to showcase our home. She worked close with our realtor and always was detailed with everything she did. She communicates well, She’s willing to go out of her way to make things work. I believe the reason why she is so great is she gives you her best! This was our second time having pam come help us out. She also stayed with our fur babies for 14 days. Needless to say we were very happy and satisfied. Titles/Duties Property management packing a house to prepare for moving back to the mainland Coordinating home repairs in preparation for selling - landscapers, Handiman services for painting, window washing, driveway power washing, upholstery cleaning, and misc. Coordinating showing and real estate stage setting for real estate agents, and working with the videographer and photographer for marketing for your sale Presence on property for security purposes during absence of owner and updates to owner on everything that was in relation to their property.
